Resource Café
The Resource Café is all about wellbeing and maintaining good mental health. Each
café is open one day a week for 4 hours where visitors can sit and chat over
a cup of coffee or tea.
The Resource Café provides:
Support and advice for people who are experiencing or are recovering
from mental distress Advice and information for people who are in contact with or care for someone with mental health problems A comfortable, relaxed friendly atmosphere Someone to talk with if you so wish Information on mental health services in the South Warwickshire Area and beyond Light refreshments Monthly advice sessions on benefits, housing, job seeking, etc. Short demonstrations and introductions on complementary therapies, relaxation, art, etc. Up-to-date information on social activities going on in the community
